Start on 10 hearts and climb toward a 30 heart cap. Every kill steals a heart, every death gives one away. Lose your last life and you are down until a teammate revives you.
List loot on the auction house, post coin bounties on your rivals, and send coins straight to friends. Prices are set by the people playing, not by staff.
Crate keys come from voting, playtime milestones, and daily rewards. Quests grant XP toward 100 RPG levels. Donations keep the lights on, nothing more.
We built CrabSMP because we were tired of servers that treat players like wallets. Here survival means actual survival. You build, you fight, you lose hearts, you adapt. The economy is yours. The stories are yours. We just keep the lights on and the lag low.

Under the hood it is a carefully tuned ecosystem of systems built to work together. Here is what is running while you play.
Found a faction for 10,000 coins, recruit a crew, and claim the land around your base in 16, 32, or 64 block plots. Shared faction bank, faction homes, and roles from member to leader.
Hearts are the prize. Win fights to push toward a 30 heart cap. Lose your last life and you are out until a teammate gathers revive souls and builds a revive beacon to bring you back.
An auction house, coin bounties, player to player transfers, and a coin shop. Prices move with the playerbase, and staff never undercut the market.
Roll crate keys earned from voting, playtime, and daily rewards for loot. Complete quests for XP and grind your way through 100 RPG levels.
Mine mob spawners, stack them together, and let them bank loot and XP while you are away. The whole stack is managed from a clean in game menu.
Set multiple homes, send TPA requests, jump to warps, return to your last spot with back, or wild teleport into untouched land.

First thing to do: Your one time starter kit is handed to you the moment you join. Type /wild to teleport into fresh land, then link your Discord account in game to claim the bonus Discord kit.
Game acting up? Restart Minecraft before asking staff for help. It fixes most connection problems on its own.
Sharing Wi-Fi with a sibling? Open a ticket in our Discord support channel so we can whitelist both accounts, otherwise the anti-alt system will flag you.

CrabSMP is free to play and always will be. Ranks are quality-of-life and cosmetics, they never touch combat. Gear kits are a different story: they hand you a real advantage, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Either way, every penny goes straight into hosting, upkeep and development.
