Ranks Never Touch Combat

No bought damage, no bought hearts, no stat multipliers. A rank gets you convenience and cosmetics, and that is where it stops.

Everything Is Earnable

Crate keys come from voting, playtime milestones, and daily rewards. Quests grant XP toward 100 RPG levels. You never have to spend a penny to get any of it.

[ Owner ] Ozorical

Hi, I'm Ozz (Jacob). I'm the manager and sole operator of our mainstream Minecraft server, handling everything from funding and development to infrastructure, branding, social media, and community engagement. I'm currently studying Computer Science and IT systems, with a strong interest in software development, backend systems, cybersecurity, and automation.

I work across technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Node.js, Discord.js, MongoDB, Redis, and the Minecraft Script API. Outside of CrabSMP, I enjoy building websites, experimenting with new technologies, and working on personal projects. My goal is to keep improving CrabSMP and build a community that players genuinely enjoy being part of.

Rules & Terms of Service

Be Respectful

Treat all players and staff with kindness. No toxicity, harassment, or personal attacks.

No Hate Speech

Discrimination, slurs, or offensive language will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

No Griefing

Destroying or altering others' builds without permission is strictly prohibited.

No Hacking or Exploits

Cheats, hacks, or third-party software granting unfair advantage are forbidden.

No AFKing

Staying AFK for long periods to occupy player slots will result in a kick.

No Duping or Glitch Abuse

Exploiting bugs, including item duplication, is not allowed. Report glitches instead.

No Racism or Discrimination

Respect everyone. Racist or offensive behavior will lead to punishment.

No Spamming

Avoid excessive messages, chat flooding, or bypassing the spam filter.

Privacy Matters

Do not share personal information or ask others for theirs.

No Real-World Trading

Selling in-game items or currency for real money is prohibited: permanent ban.

Discord Vault Rules

Only one person can enter the vault at a time; otherwise, the kit will not work.

Do not share the code outside this Discord. Violating this results in a permanent ban.

KOTH (King of the Hill) Rules

No Teaming: KOTH is a solo event; teaming leads to immediate disqualification.

No C-Logging: Combat logging in KOTH results in an immediate ban from the event.

No Outside Interference: Spectators must not interfere with the ongoing battle.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CrabSMP, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

3. Single Device & Account Usage

CrabSMP does not support using one account across multiple devices. Each account is intended for use on a single device only. If you join the server from a different device than the one you normally play on, you do so entirely at your own risk: this may result in the loss of your progress, items, or other stored data, and you accept full responsibility for any such loss.

4. Data We Store

To operate the server, we store the following data for each player in our database: Enderchest contents, Inventory contents, Ranks, Player name, and XUID (your unique player identifier).

5. IP Addresses

We do not have access to your IP address. Connections to the server are handled through Verixen (https://dashboard.verixen.com), and any collection or processing of IP addresses is governed by Verixen's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review Verixen's terms to understand how they handle this information.

6. Content Ownership

All builds and creations remain property of their creators. CrabSMP may showcase community content.

7. Modifications to Service

CrabSMP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service without notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

CrabSMP is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, including data loss.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled by CrabSMP staff, whose decisions are final.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CrabSMP operates.

13. Minecraft EULA

All players must comply with Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA).
